1 Year
Zumio has a one-year Limited Warranty that covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use.
If you are having a problem with the product we are very sorry to hear this and we would like you to follow a 3 step process.
Step 1.
Review the myzumio.com FAQ page. The most common problem is a user has accidentally put Zumio into lockout mode. Just hold the ON/OFF button down for 10 seconds until it pulses then let go of the ON/OFF button. It should pulse three times then turn off. When you press the ON button again the product should turn on normally.
If this does not solve the problem then recharge the unit overnight and repeat this process. If Zumio still does not turn on and run properly then go to step 2.
Step 2.
Return the product to the place where you purchased it, for a replacement, preferably in the original packaging. You will follow the warranty replacement policy for the place where you purchased.
Step 3.
If you have completed steps 1 and 2 and are not satisfied then you are welcome to contact us as the original manufacturer at customers@myzumio.com and explain your situation. Please provide the place of purchase name and address and a copy of the bill with the place of purchase clearly shown on the bill and the contact name of the person at the place of purchase you were not able to get satisfaction from.
Take a picture of the product and the serial number on the back of the Zumio halfway up the body of the unit. It is a 6-digit code. Send all this information in the email to us. We will work hard to find a solution on your behalf.
